Dr. Blinston has focused her specialization on Portal (psychomanteum) facilitation, and utilizes an outstanding technique providing compassion, understanding, the use of the expressive arts, and spiritual guidance.
Irene Blinston, Ph.D.
Dr. Irene Blinston was part of the bereavement reduction research unit testing the psychomanteum at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, CA, from 2002 through 2005. She was interviewed for the documentary, Science of the Soul: The Story of Transpersonal Psychology. From her research she has developed her own process, The Portal, which is based on the institute's psychomanteum research. In her private practice she uses the Portal Process when working with the bereaved.
