The Natal Chart in Western Astrology is created based on three criteria: (a) your birth date, (b) your birth time, and (c) your birth location. The Natal Chart is a picture of the sky at the moment of your birth. The picture of the sky, showing the placement of the constellations or signs, is represented by a horoscope wheel and consists of sections, called "houses" and within those houses are the planets.
